“I have always been a perfectionist. MVNU has taught me that it is okay to make mistakes, and that I WILL make mistakes. But as long as I have God and a great community around me, I can keep on keeping on and grow and learn from my weaknesses and mistakes.”

Why MVNU?

“God told me clearly to come to MVNU. When I visited and felt specially cared for and valued by every person I came in contact with on campus, that calling was confirmed in my heart.”

Professors Impact

“My professors have been my lifeline. In college, I feel like life is changing and shifting and difficult in so many different ways. I had to miss several classes for a memorial service and funeral. One of my professor met with me for an hour to give me the entire class just one-on-one. That is just one of many stories I could tell.”

Changed by MVNU

“MVNU has grown me internally to think differently about my weaknesses. I have always been a perfectionist. MVNU has taught me that it is OK to make mistakes, and that I WILL make mistakes. But as long as I have God and a great community around me, I can keep on keeping on and grow and learn from my weaknesses and mistakes.”
