Our newly redesigned Disc Golf course is perfect for campus-wide competition as well as tournament play. Our disc golf team has been challenged during its first season in Fall 2021 on campus as well as during opportunities to compete in university-sponsored tournament play off campus.

Coach Gallion brings a genuine passion for the sport of disc golf in his role as head coach at MVNU. In his first year, the team performed very well, with MVNU disc golfers finishing well in a number of tournaments and the team winning the very first Midwest Disc Golf Invitational which was held in Mount Vernon. In addition to their team achievement, 3 disc golfers were named to the All-Tournament Team. Wyatt Wagner was the overall Individual Champion. The future looks bright for the Cougars under Coach Gallion’s leadership!
