Using Meta Quest 3 headsets and the SimX platform — a leader in medical simulation — MVNU students immerse themselves in virtual hospital rooms that mirror real-life clinical environments. Paired two at a time, students engage with lifelike patient scenarios where they assess symptoms, administer medications, apply oxygen, perform catheterizations, start IVs, and even listen to heart, lung, and bowel sounds and feel the palpation of a patient’s pulse.
