Tickets available for MVNU’s ‘Little Women’

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — Mount Vernon Nazarene University Theater will present “Little Women” Nov. 14, 15 and 16, in Thorne Performance Hall in the R.R. Hodges Chapel and Fine Arts Center.

Adapted by Scott Davidson, Louisa May Alcott’s “Little Women” follows the triumphs and tribulations of the March sisters during the American Civil War. The play follows the lives of Meg, the eldest; Jo, the high-spirited tomboy; Amy, the self-centered beauty; and gentle Beth. True to the beloved book, the March sisters will grow up before your eyes while surrounded by family and friends. Audiences of all generations will enjoy acquainting — or reacquainting — themselves with this timeless tale.

All performances begin at 7:30 p.m.

Ticket prices are adult, $10; MVNU and Military ID, $8; and children under 18, $5. Tickets are available online at or at the door prior to the show.
