Third annual Pop-Up Show at Schnormeier Gallery coming Nov. 5-16
MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — The Schnormeier Gallery, 221 S. Main St., Mount Vernon, will host the third annual Pop-Up Show from Nov. 5-16.
Curated by the Gund Gallery Associates and students of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, the Pop-Up Show is an open-call and student juried exhibition featuring student work from area Knox County colleges. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, noon to 4:30 p.m.
The goal of this exhibition is to create community through the arts, so all students are welcomed to attend regardless of major. There will be a reception for the artists on Thursday, Nov. 8 from 5-8 p.m., that is free and open to the public.
