Pastoral theology, guidance focus of MVNU’s LEAP workshop
MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — Dr. Jeren Rowell will lead the LEAP seminar at Mount Vernon Nazarene University on March 24.
LEAP — leadership, evangelism, administration, preaching — is a worship and ministry resource training workshop for those in various church leadership roles. It is an opportunity to learn ways to enhance your ministry experience and interact with others in similar positions.
Dr. Rowell is the president of the Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. He will lead a discussion on pastoral theology as well as provide pastoral guidance on the preaching of holiness.
The seminar, which takes place from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., costs $45 and includes materials and lunch. Lifelong learning credit is available.
