The dollar-for-dollar match will assist MVNU’s efforts to fund the sports complex that will be utilized by MVNU’s athletic teams, community youth leagues and the Mount Vernon High School programs.

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — The South Central Ohio Student Endowed Scholarship at Mount Vernon Nazarene University has been established by a $50,000 donation from the South Central Ohio District Church of the Nazarene. Undergraduate students from the South Central Ohio District who are enrolled in a traditional academic program will be eligible to apply for the scholarship.

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — Multiple conflicts in the Democratic Republic of the Congo have created a humanitarian crisis in the country resulting in the displacement of over 4.5 million Congolese and refugees from other countries. Mount Vernon Nazarene University is inviting the public to listen as current students from the Congo tell their stories and bring awareness to the violence happening in their homeland.
