Online Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management

Human Resource Management is one of nine interdisciplinary MBA concentrations offered by MVNU.

An MBA in Human Resource Management enables students to develop a robust professional repertoire, thanks in part to extensive concentration courses that far surpass what's offered by the curricula of a traditional MBA program or human resource management master's degree. Human resource professionals need to think systematically—meaning they must have an in-depth knowledge of the entire organization, its various moving parts, and how each element impacts other systems within it. Human resource management professionals also need a thorough understanding of their organization’s most valuable assets: its employees.

Graduates of MVNU’s MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management are prepared to become thoughtful, effective, and ethical leaders within their organizations, developing a solutions-oriented workforce that fosters collaboration and engagement.

This program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). View student performance data here.
