Human Resource Management—MSM Concentration

Human Resource Management is one of four comprehensive MSM concentrations offered by MVNU.

An MSM in Human Resource Management enables students to develop a robust professional repertoire, thanks in part to extensive concentration courses that far surpass what's offered by the curricula of a traditional MSM program or human resource management master's degree. Human resource professionals need to think systematically—meaning they must have an in-depth knowledge of the entire organization, its various moving parts, and how each element impacts other systems within it. Human resource management professionals also need a thorough understanding of their organization’s most valuable assets: its employees.

Graduates of MVNU’s MSM with a concentration in Human Resource Management are prepared to become thoughtful, effective, and ethical leaders within their organizations, developing a solutions-oriented workforce that fosters collaboration and engagement.
