In honor of Constitution Day 2019, MVNU's Department of English and History is pleased to welcome Dr. Christopher Devine, Assistant Professor of Political Science at University of Dayton on Wednesday, Sept. 18, for a lecture and conversation on “The Electoral College: How Did We Get Here, and What Comes Next?”
