MVNU Employees Recognized for Service
MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — Faculty and staff members at Mount Vernon Nazarene University were honored for their years of service at the annual University Dinner on Monday, Aug. 21, 2017. During the event, President Henry Spaulding reminded attendees that as the new academic school year begins, administration, faculty, and staff have “good work to do and that we have done good work together.”
Professional Experience:
- Assistant Instructor in Basic Mathematics, August 1984 to present.
- Paraprofessional for Developmental Math, Mount Vernon Nazarene College, August 1981 to May 1984.
- Learning Disability Tutor and Home Instruction Tutor, Mount Vernon City Schools, August 1981 to May 1984.
- Taught Basic Algebra and Algebra courses here at MVNU for over 30 years.
- Taught Trigonometry and Introduction to Mathematical Systems
- Paraprofessional for MVNU in the Development Center
- Learning Disability Tutor for the Mount Vernon City School District
