MOUNT VERNON, Ohio (April 28, 2023) — Mount Vernon Nazarene University’s seventh President and First Lady, Dr. Henry and Mrs. Sharon Spaulding, were lauded for their love and dedication to the University as faculty, staff, donors, and friends gathered recently to celebrate the retirement of the second-longest tenured president.
MOUNT VERNON, Ohio (February 10, 2023) — Mount Vernon Nazarene University President Dr. Henry W. Spaulding II has announced he will retire as the University’s seventh president at the close of the May 6, 2023 Commencement ceremonies.
MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — We are delighted to announce that the Mount Vernon Nazarene University Board of Trustees has unanimously re-elected Dr. Henry W. Spaulding II to a third four-year term as university president during a Board of Trustees meeting on Nov. 6.
MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — Dr. Henry W. Spaulding II, president of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, proudly announces the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) has reaffirmed the university’s accreditation. The next review process will take place in 2028-2029.
