WNZR 90.9 FM's The Great Adventure Contest Rules:

1. Kids prize basket contest is open to all ages 12 and under. Winners will be drawn at random and contacted by phone. Participants do not need to be present to win. Prize baskets may be picked up at the festival/fair or at WNZR studios. Employees and immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, spouse, or child) of WNZR are ineligible for this contest.

2. Student prize basket contest is open to all ages 13 to 17. Winners will be drawn at random and contacted by phone. Participants do not need to be present to win. Prize baskets may be picked up at the festival/fair or at WNZR studios. Employees and immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, spouse, or child) of WNZR are ineligible for this contest.

3. Adult Contest is open to all listeners 18 years of age and older. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. All rules below pertain to the adult prize drawing only.

4. Participants are eligible to win one prize per household every 30 days. This WNZR contest is open to everyone, including listeners who have won on-air contests in the last 30 days.

5. You may enter this contest through September 10, 2011, at 4 p.m. by visiting the designated WNZR broadcast locations during The Great Adventure summer promotion of 2011. You may also register online or by calling (740) 392-9090 and requesting a registration form by mail.

6. WNZR is not responsible for any technical or postal service difficulties - for example: a disconnected call, a busy signal, a lost e-mail, or late or misdirected mail.

7. Only one registration per person, per day will be accepted. (For example: you may NOT register online and in person on the same day - both forms will be disqualified.) The registration form MUST be filled out completely.

8. There are four designated locations of The Great Adventure where these rules apply: the Danville/Howard Turkey Festival (June 16-18), the Knox County Fair (July 24-30), the Dan Emmett Music and Arts Festival (August 11-14) and the Fredericktown Tomato Show (September 7 -10).

9. At each of the four designated locations of The Great Adventure, the four winners will be confirmed with an event contest.

10. The event contest prizes include the following:
- Danville/Howard Turkey Festival - Four $50 gas cards, hooded sweatshirts and hats courtesy of Valley ATV of Danville.
- The Knox County Fair - Four hogs purchased at the Junior Fair Sales courtesy of Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. and Mount Vernon Nazarene University Admissions. Processing of the hogs will be provided by Smithhisler Meats. Four $100 Kroger gift cards courtesy of Cosby Heating and Cooling.
- The Dan Emmett Music and Arts Festival - Four $100 gift certificates courtesy of Friendly's Restaurant.
- The Fredericktown Tomato Show - Four $100 Service Certificates courtesy of Fredericktown Chevrolet.

11. The event contest prize giveaways will take place on the following:
• Danville/Howard Turkey Festival – Saturday, June 18, at 7:30 p.m.
Registration deadline is Saturday, June 18, at 6 p.m.
• The Knox County Fair – Saturday, July 30, at 5 p.m.
Registration deadline is Saturday, July 30, at 3 p.m.
• The Dan Emmett Music and Arts Festival – Saturday, August 13, at 7 p.m.
Registration deadline is Saturday, August 13 at 5 p.m.
• The Fredericktown Tomato Show – Saturday, September 10, at 6 p.m.
Registration deadline is Saturday, September 10, at 4 p.m.

12. At these specified times, WNZR begins drawing names. If your name is called, you have 9 minutes and 9 seconds to call (740) 392-9090 or come to the WNZR tent at the Great Adventure location to claim the event contest prize.

13. You may NOT send a representative for you or have someone call in for you. The person drawn must be the person presnt or calling WNZR. Identification will be required to claim the prize. All winners will be drawn at random.

14. Participation in this contest with WNZR constitutes prior permission to use your name, voice, photograph, and likeness in connection with any promotion on WNZR or in promotional material. WNZR waives any claim of royalty, right, or remuneration.

15. Prizes may not be substituted or transferred, and WNZR reserves the right to substitute alternate prizes of comparable value. No warranties are expressed or implied with any prize, and all prizes are offered "as is."

16. Any additional costs related to prizes or incurred as results of accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner. Any and all federal, state, and local laws apply to contests.

17. Employees and immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, spouse, or child) of WNZR are ineligible for this contest. Employees and immediate family members of Valley ATV are ineligible for the contest at the Danville/Howard Turkey Festival. Employees and immediate family members of Kokosing Construction Company, Inc., Smithhisler Meats, Mount Vernon Nazarene University’s Admissions Office and Cosby Heating and Cooling are ineligible for the contest at the Knox County Fair. Employees and immediate family members of Friendly’s Restaurant are ineligible for the contest at the Dan Emmett Music and Arts Festival. Employees and immediate family members of Fredericktown Chevrolet are ineligible for the contest at the Fredericktown Tomato Show.

18. WNZR reserves the right to supplement or change contest rules at any time. All decisions of WNZR staff and management are final.
