On Friday, March 9th, Praise the Lord it's Friday with an all-you-can-eat buffet of hot dogs, nachos and drinks plus the premiere of the new VeggieTales video "Robin Good and his no-so-merry Men." Bring your family to this fun event!
Our party starts at 7:30pm in the MVNU Dining Commons. Tickets are $4.00 dollars per person and include an all-you-can-eat buffet, and a chance of winning some wonderful prizes.
Tickets are on sale at Gospel Supply Shop, 117 South Main Street in downtown Mount Vernon or at the WNZR studios.
VeggieTales presents: The Robin Good and His Not-So-Merry Men! Robin Good has a mission - fundraising from the rich and giving to the poor! But when greedy Prince starts stealing the townspeople's hams, donations are down and Robin's band of friends desert him to give robbing a try. Can Robin overcome his hurt, show his friends what's right and restore the townspeople's hope? The episode is based on Psalm 55:22 which says, "Give your burdens to the Lord for He will take care of you". VeggieTales "Robin Good and his no-so-merry Men" is a lesson about handling hurt and forgiveness.
