Honey Glazed Ham
Ingredients:
6 Pounds Lean Ham
1/2 Cup Of Fresh Scored Cloves
1/4 Cup Of Filtered Corn Syrup
10 Ounces Of Pure Honey
2/3 Stick Of Butter Or Margarine
1/4 Cup Of Sweet Dijon Mustard

For the first step of this delicious home baked recipe, you will want to mix the pure honey, filtered corn syrup, butter or margarine and blend together. Once these ingredients have been thoroughly blended together you will now need to cook them over the stove on low to medium heat. Be extra careful not to burn the ingredients, as it can spoil the sweat taste of the honey. For the next step, you will want to score the fresh cloves, and then push them into the ham. Then you must place the ham into a baking dish and begin to baste it with the ready prepared honey glaze that we just prepared. Be sure that your baking dish has a tinfoil lining before you begin this last cooking step. Now preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Bake the Ham at 325 degrees for 50 minutes, brushing the glaze on every 9 minutes. After 50 minutes reglaze the ham and cook for 7 minutes.

Crock Pot Pork Roast
Ingredients:
3-4 Pound Pork Roast
1 Cup Tomato Juice
1 Teaspoon Herb Mix
1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Teriyaki Sauce
2 Medium Sweet Potato's, Cubed Cut
4 Large Carrots Peeled And Chopped + 1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
2 Cups Of Wheat Flour

Start this wonderful meal by trimming excess fat from your pork roast saving the fat for later. Coat the pork roast with the all-purpose flour, brown the pork roast slowly in fat trimmings for about 10 minutes. During this time add tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, teriyaki sauce, potato's, celery and carrots to the bottom of your slow cooker. Place the browned pork roast atop the vegetables and liquid. Season pork with Herb blend, salt and pepper. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours. For Gravy, save 1 1/2 Cup liquid from slow cooker. Add to sauce pan with cold water and flour till you reach a boil for 1-2 minutes. add more or less for your desired meat thickness.

For the first step in this wonderful mouth watering recipe, generously coat the baby back rib rack with BBQ sauce. Our philosophy, is the more BBQ sauce the better. Once the ribs are coated in the sauce, you will not want to begin to use the other ingredients. You can now sprinkle the brown sugar over the ribs then add in the rest. Make sure when you are adding them, you are evenly covering the whole rib rack. With the lemon you will want to evenly squeeze it over the ribs. The first step to this wonderful ham fritters recipe is to combine biscuit mix and sugar together until well blended. Set aside. In another mixing bowl beat the large egg with the non-fat milk. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry until they are well moistened. You want to fold in the corn half a cup at a time and fold in the ham. In a large skillet or deep fryer you want to heat the oil to 375 degrees. Drop in a large spoon full amount and let fry on each side for 1 minute. Should be nice and golden brown. Be sure to place the done Fritters onto a paper towel for oil absorption. Serve as an appetizer or even a main dish. Serve warm with juice.

Hawaiian Pizza
Ingredients:
6 Eggs, Beaten
1 Package 12-14" Pizza Crust
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise Or Salad Dressing
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1/2 Cup Fully Cooked Cubed Ham OR Canadian Bacon Slices
4 Medium Green Onions, 1/4 Sliced

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use a non stick skillet over medium to high heat. Pour eggs into skillet. As mixture begins to set at bottom and side, gently lift cooked portions with thin spatula so that thin, uncooked portion can slow to the bottom and be cooked through. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until eggs are thickened through out the but still moist. Place pizza crust on ungreased cookie sheet. Mix mayonnaise and mustard; spread evenly over crust. Top with eggs, Ham or Canadian Bacon, Onions, Bell peppers, Pineapple and Cheese. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Pour over lean pork steaks add cut veggies on top. Simmer on medium heat for around 1 hour. Cut pork steaks into strips. Serve on warm tortillas and top with lettuce, and tomatoes.

1 Cut Green Bell Pepper
1 Medium Yellow Onion Chopped
1 Cup Diced Fresh Tomatoes
10 Fresh Cut Mushrooms

1 Teaspoon Fresh Curry Powder

1/4 Cup White Flour

3/4 Cup All White Rice
4 Lean Tender Pork Chops (3/4" Thick)
1 Can Your Favorite Campbell's Soup
Half Can Water
Half Can Non-Fat Milk
1 Large Bell Pepper Sliced
1 Medium Onion Sliced + 1 Fresh Tomato Sliced

The first step to this amazing dish is to get some fresh long grain rice and pour the 3/4 cup into a baking dish. In a Small mixing bowl combine condensed soup with milk and water, Mix till well blended. set aside. Add the butter or margarine to a skillet and cook all sides of pork chops until golden brown. 6-7 minutes on medium-high heat.. lay pork chops on the rice in the baking dish. Now arrange sliced tomato, onion and bell pepper on all 4 pork chops. Pour your soup mix atop the tomato, onion and bell pepper covered pork chops and rice. Once all that is complete, place the baking dish into a preheated oven at 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Serve hot and enjoy. Serves well with bread.
