Cougar Sports Associates Phonathon

The Cougar Sports Associates, the University Fund department, and student athletes worked together this year to raise over $67,000. The Phonathon raises operating funds for athletic programs. The CSA Phonathon is unique because every athletic team gets involved by making calls and explaining how MVNU will benefit from individual's giving.

What is CSA?
Cougar Sports Associates is a group designed to assist the Mount Vernon Nazarene University Athletic Department in raising much-needed funds for special projects and athletic scholarships. It also affords an opportunity for alumni athletes and Cougar supporters to become more personally involved with our present athletes and coaches. CSA is an essential tool for the continued growth of our athletic programs.

Why join CSA?
There are several good reasons to join CSA. First, it is your opportunity to support the mission of a Christian University athletic program. Secondly, it helps to assist the Athletic Department with special projects that enhance the quality of our programs. It also gives you the satisfaction of helping support academically gifted athletes who may not otherwise be able to attend MVNU. Finally, it gives you the opportunity to become an active part of the Cougar team and enjoy the thrill and excitement of University athletics.

Who may be a member of CSA?
Anyone who contributes $30 or more annually to CSA, can be a member with all the benefits thereof.

When can I join CSA?
You can join right now! Membership covers the entire school year. Joining early in the year allows your gift to go right to work assisting student athletes and gives you more time to enjoy your membership privileges.
