The Cougar baseball
program has earned the reputation as one of the finest small college
programs in the Midwest. MVNU has had 16 players signed by major
league teams, while also winning eleven conference titles and an
unprecedented five National Christian College Athletic Association
national titles, including three straight (1995-1997). Over the
past ten years, the Cougars have compiled a 378-133 mark (.740 winning
percentage) while making the school's first two trips to the NAIA
World Series in 1997 and 2004. |
