Shelly Aldrich

High School Information: Graduated from Marion Harding High School in 1996. Following her senior year, she was named the Ohio Heartland Conference Player of the Year. She was also selected to the Marion County and District 11 First Teams and the Central District Third Team.

College Honors: During the 1996-97 season, she was named the NCCAA National Player of the Week once. She was also selected as the Most Valuable Player of the Wazie Shootout.

1996-97 Statistics: Played in all 30 games and started 29. Led the team with 83 assists, and averaged 10.3 points and 3.7 rebounds per game. Connected on 37 percent of her three-point attempts (23-of-62), and recorded 44 steals.
