February 17, OHIO DOMINICAN UNIVERSITY
The Lady Cougars fell 87-65 to Ohio Dominican, who received votes in the latest NAIA Division II poll, in American Mideast Conference South Division action to close out the season.  Katie Keller led MVNU with 19 points as she became the program's all-time leader scorer in the final game of career.  She finishes with 1,726 career points to top the previous mark of 1,718 set by Tara Seiter from 1995-1999.  Melissa Mastrodonato added 14 points, while Rachel Fiely finished with 13 points and six assists.  Amy Sebastian also posted a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.  BOXSCORE


February 15, at Wilberforce University
MVNU had four players in double figures as the Lady Cougars posted a 72-60 American Mideast Conference South Division victory at Wilberforce.  Melissa Mastrodonato led the way with 22 points and seven rebounds, while Katie Keller added 16 points and four assists.  Rachel Fiely finished with 14 points, eight rebounds, and four assists, and Amy Sebastian contributed 11 points and eight rebounds.  BOXSCORE


February 10, at Shawnee State University
The Lady Cougars shot just 38.6 percent from the field as MVNU fell 84-70 at Shawnee State in American Mideast Conference South Division action.  Katie Keller led all scorers with 21 points for the Lady Cougars as she nailed all eight of her free throw attempts.  Amy Sebastian added 15 points and five rebounds, while Rachel Fiely and Jessica Lynn tossed in 11 and 10 points respectively with five rebounds apiece.  BOXSCORE


February 6, WALSH UNIVERSITY
MVNU notched its second straight American Mideast Conference South Division victory as the Lady Cougars knocked off Walsh 76-63 in conference play.  Katie Keller nailed five three-pointers and finished with a game-high 25 points to lead MVNU, while Melissa Mastrodonato added 20 points and six rebounds.  Amy Sebastian finished with 12 points and six rebounds, and Rachel Fiely handed out 10 assists to go with seven steals, six points, and five rebounds.  Miranda Capuano also tossed in six points off the bench, while Jessica Lynn scored five points.  BOXSCORE


February 3, UNIVERSITY OF RIO GRANDE

January 30, at Malone College
MVNU dropped its sixth straight American Mideast Conference South Division decision as the Lady Cougars fell 77-67 at Malone.  Rachel Fiely led MVNU with a career-high 24 points to go with six assists, four steals, and five rebounds.  Katie Keller tossed in 18 points with six treys, while Melissa Mastrodonato tallied 10 points.  Amy Sebastian also scored seven points to become the 18th player in school history to reach the 1,000-point mark in career scoring.  The Lady Cougars went 11-for-20 from three-point range, but MVNU shot just 37.1 percent from the field overall.  BOXSCORE


January 27, at Urbana University

January 25, OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY-MARION
MVNU snapped its five-game losing streak with an 86-53 non-conference win over Ohio State-Marion.  Every player who dressed for the game scored at least three points for the Lady Cougars, who had 29 assists and just six turnovers.  Katie Keller led MVNU with 18 points and six assists, while Melissa Mastrodonato added 14 points and six rebounds.  Amy Sebastian finished with 11 points and seven rebounds, and Rachel Fiely handed out a career-high 12 assists to go with nine points and six rebounds.  Katy Childress tossed in a career-high nine points off the bench, while Jessica Lynn tallied seven points.  Julie Haumschild also contributed six points, seven rebounds, and three blocked shots - all career highs.  BOXSCORE

The Lady Cougars suffered their fifth straight loss as MVNU fell 76-63 at NAIA Division II No. 4 Cedarville in American Mideast Conference South Division play.  Katie Keller led the Lady Cougars with 18 points, while Rachel Fiely added 14 points and seven assists.  Melissa Mastrodonato posted a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds, and Amy Sebastian finished with 10 points.  MVNU was out-rebounded 46-31 in the game and committed 21 turnovers.  BOXSCORE


January 20, WILBERFORCE UNIVERSITY
MVNU dropped its fourth overtime decision of the year as the Lady Cougars fell 90-87 in double overtime to Wilberforce in American Mideast Conference South Division action.  Melissa Mastrodonato matched her career high with 22 points before fouling out, while Katie Keller added 19 points and six assists.  Amy Sebastian posted a double-double with 17 points, a career-high 14 rebounds, and four assists, and Rachel Fiely finished with 14 points, five assists, and a career-high nine steals.  Katy Childress also tossed in a career-high seven points off the bench, while Jessica Lynn registered six points, a career-high six rebounds, and four assists in her first career start.  BOXSCORE


January 16, at Ohio Dominican University

January 13, TIFFIN UNIVERSITY
MVNU rallied from a 12-point first-half deficit to send the game to overtime, but the Lady Cougars managed just one point in the extra session as MVNU fell 71-63 in overtime to Tiffin in American Mideast Conference South Division action.  Rachel Fiely led the Lady Cougars with 19 points, nine rebounds, seven assists, and three steals, while Melissa Mastrodonato finished with 18 points, eight rebounds, and four blocked shots.  Amy Sebastian tossed in 12 points, while Katie Keller finished with 10 points and a career-high eight rebounds.  BOXSCORE


January 9, at University of Rio Grande
After trailing just 47-41 at the half, the Lady Cougars scored just 16 second-half points as MVNU fell 82-57 in American Mideast Conference South Division action at Rio Grande.  Katie Keller led the Lady Cougars with 16 points and moved into third place on the school's all-time scoring list with 1,515 points.  Melissa Mastrodonato added 11 points and six rebounds, and Rachel Fiely finished with 10 points and three assists.  MVNU shot just 38.3 percent from the field including just 26.9 percent in the second half.  BOXSCORE


January 6, SHAWNEE STATE UNIVERSITY
MVNU shot a blistering 61.8 percent from the field as the Lady Cougars cruised to a 90-68 victory over Shawnee State, who entered the game tied for first place in the American Mideast Conference South Division and receiving votes in the latest NAIA Division II poll.  Katie Keller led MVNU with 24 points, a career-high eight steals, and five assists, while Melissa Mastrodonato tossed in a career-high 22 points to go with six rebounds and five blocked shots.  Rachel Fiely added 20 points, eight assists, five rebounds, and four steals, and Amy Sebastian tallied 18 points.  Jessica Lynn also dished out a career-high seven assists off the bench.  BOXSCORE


January 4, CEDARVILLE UNIVERSITY
After a 19-day layoff, the Lady Cougars jumped out to a 29-15 lead before falling 85-67 to Cedarville, ranked seventh in the latest NAIA Division II poll, in American Mideast Conference South Division action.  Amy Sebastian led MVNU with 19 points, while Melissa Mastrodonato finished with 12 points.  Rachel Fiely added 11 points and five steals, and Ashley Brown contributed seven points, five rebounds, and five steals.  Katie Keller also added seven points, while Miranda Capuano tossed in six points off the bench.  BOXSCORE


December 16, at Carlow (PA) University
MVNU opened the game with an 11-0 run and never looked back as the Lady Cougars posted an 88-73 non-conference victory at Carlow.  Katie Keller led the way with a game-high 24 points and a career-high seven rebounds, while Rachel Fiely was 9-for-10 from the field on her way to a career-high 21 points.  Melissa Mastrodonato added 15 points, and Amy Sebastian finished with 13 points.  Ashley Brown also contributed nine points and five assists.  MVNU committed just five turnovers in the game while forcing 16 by Carlow.  BOXSCORE


December 9, URBANA UNIVERSITY
The Lady Cougars dropped a hard-fought 88-86 American Mideast Conference South Division decision to Urbana in triple overtime in a game that featured 15 ties and 12 lead changes.  After trailing the entire first half and by as much as 11 points, MVNU rallied to lead by as much as five points on two occasions in the second half.  The Blue Knights sent the game to overtime with a jumper with two seconds left and then forced a second extra period with two free throws with four seconds left at the end of the first overtime.  The Lady Cougars missed two free throws with two seconds left at the end of the second overtime, and Urbana scored with 10 seconds left in the third overtime for the win.  Amy Sebastian led MVNU with a career-high 31 points and 12 rebounds, while Katie Keller tossed in 17 points.  Melissa Mastrodonato posted a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds, and Rachel Fiely contributed 12 points, five assists, and five rebounds.  Ashley Brown also added seven points and a career-high 11 rebounds.  The Lady Cougars were just 17-for-31 at the free throw line and committed 23 turnovers in the game.  BOXSCORE


December 5, MYERS UNIVERSITY
MVNU snapped its six-game losing streak with a 76-53 non-conference win over Myers.  Katie Keller led the Lady Cougars with a game-high 21 points as she nailed five three-pointers.  Melissa Mastrodonato added 16 points and a team-high seven rebounds, while Amy Sebastian finished with nine points and six rebounds.  Rachel Fiely and Ann Terhune contributed eight points apiece with Fiely and Keller each dishing out five assists, and Julie Haumschild blocked three shots in just five minutes off the bench.  BOXSCORE


December 2, at Tiffin University
The Lady Cougars fell 62-54 at Tiffin in American Mideast Conference South Division action as MVNU suffered its sixth straight loss.  Melissa Mastrodonato posted a double-double in the defeat as she led all scorers with a career-high 20 points to go with a game-high 11 rebounds.  Rachel Fiely added 13 points, while Katie Keller tossed in eight points.  The Lady Cougars were out-rebounded 45-27 and missed all 10 of their three-point attempts in the game.  BOXSCORE


November 28, at Walsh University
MVNU fell to its fifth straight defeat as the Lady Cougars dropped a hard-fought 74-69 American Mideast Conference South Division decision at Walsh.  After trailing by as much as 16 points in the game and by nine points with 2:25 to play, MVNU pulled within 71-69 with 1:08 left before missing its final three shots.  Katie Keller led the Lady Cougars with a season-high 26 points, while Rachel Fiely and Amy Sebastian both added 12 points apiece with Fiely grabbing a team-high nine rebounds.  BOXSCORE


November 25, at Westmont (CA) College
The Lady Cougars dropped their fourth straight game as MVNU fell 81-57 at Westmont, an NAIA Division I school.  Melissa Mastrodonato led the Lady Cougars with 13 points and eight rebounds, while Amy Sebastian finished with 12 points.  Rachel Fiely contributed nine points and five assists, and Katie Keller tossed in eight points.  MVNU committed 23 turnovers in the loss.  BOXSCORE


November 24, at Azusa Pacific (CA) University
MVNU fell 79-63 in non-conference action at Azusa Pacific, ranked 14th in the NAIA Division I preseason poll, as the visiting Lady Cougars committed 29 turnovers in the game.  Amy Sebastian led MVNU with 20 points and nine rebounds, while Katie Keller scored 15 of her 18 points in the second half.  Ann Terhune also tossed in a career-high eight points off the bench.  BOXSCORE


November 21, MALONE COLLEGE
The Lady Cougars dropped their American Mideast Conference South Division opener 81-69 to Malone as MVNU shot just 33.3 percent from the field and was out-rebounded 53-32.  Katie Keller led the Lady Cougars with 16 points, while Amy Sebastian added 14 points.  Rachel Fiely finished with 11 points, and Melissa Mastrodonato tossed in seven points, grabbed a team-high nine rebounds, and blocked four shots.  Ashley Brown also dished out six assists.  BOXSCORE


November 18, vs. Ohio Dominican University
MVNU fell in the championship game of the Muskingum College Tournament 86-78 in overtime to Ohio Dominican for the Lady Cougars' first loss of the season.  Katie Keller led MVNU with 20 points, while Rachel Fiely added a double-double of 15 points and 10 rebounds.  Melissa Mastrodonato and Amy Sebastian both finished with 13 points with Sebastian also grabbing seven rebounds.  Keller and Ashley Brown were named to the All-Tournament Team.  BOXSCORE


November 17, vs. St. Joseph's (NY) College
The Lady Cougars continued their best start since the 2000-2001 season as MVNU improved to 4-0 with an 82-42 victory over St. Joseph's in the first round of the Muskingum College Tournament.  Katie Keller led the Lady Cougars with 20 points, while Miranda Capuano tossed in 12 points off the bench.  Amy Sebastian and Rachel Fiely added eight points apiece, and Ashley Brown dished out six assists to go with seven points and six steals.  BOXSCORE


November 10, GRACE (IN) COLLEGE
MVNU improved to 3-0 with a 72-62 non-conference victory over Grace in the annual Homecoming game.  Amy Sebastian led four Lady Cougars in double figures with 17 points, while Melissa Mastrodonato scored a career-high 15 points to go with eight rebounds and two blocked shots.  Katie Keller tossed in 13 points, and Ashley Brown scored 12 points with four steals.  Rachel Fiely also contributed nine points, six assists, six steals, and five rebounds.  BOXSCORE


November 7, at Ohio State University-Marion
The Lady Cougars cruised to a 91-39 non-conference victory at Ohio State-Marion as MVNU shot 48.6 percent from the field and forced 41 turnovers.  Katie Keller led all scorers with 16 points, while Amy Sebastian added 12 points.  Rachel Fiely contributed 11 points and five steals, and Jessica Lynn tossed in 10 points off the bench.  The Lady Cougars' reserves also out-scored the Ohio State-Marion bench 38-7.  BOXSCORE


November 3, CARLOW (PA) UNIVERSITY
MVNU successfully opened the 2006-2007 season with a 72-47 non-conference victory over Carlow.  Rachel Fiely led the way with a game-high 20 points and five rebounds, while Katie Keller tossed in 18 points with four three-pointers that enabled her to break the school's previous career three-point mark of 184 treys.  Melissa Mastrodonato posted a double-double with 11 points and a career-high 13 rebounds, and Amy Sebastian tossed in 10 points.  Miranda Capuano also grabbed seven rebounds off the bench.  BOXSCORE
