With two months of open gyms, conditioning, and hard practices behind us, the start of the season is finally near. We have graciously accepted a new coach this year, Jason Foster. He comes all the way from California and may have three of the cutest little boys in the world!

Along with a new coach, we welcome seven freshmen and a transfer to the team. Our transfer, Amy Daniels, joins the freshmen - Courtney Christie, Ainsleigh Krause, Sarah Shirey, Hannah Keller, Erica Cramer, Ashley Jackson and Elizabeth Stoll - in becoming Lady Cougars. To counter the youth, we have four wonderful seniors - Ashley Jessie, Alexis Harkins, Whitney Levering, and Sierra Fletcher. These girls are a ball to be around and work hard every day at practice. To complete the team, we have Emily Steveley, Rachel Peelman, Camaranne Myles, Courtney Swart, Hailey Little, and myself.

The season kicks off with a home game on Saturday, November 5th against Alice Lloyd. We hope that with our mixture of some old along with the new we can make this season a success.
