Becky Jefferys

High School Information: Graduated from Elyria High School in 1996. As a senior, she led her team to a 24-3 overall record and a #9 ranking in the Ohio Division I volleyball poll. Following her senior year, she was named to the Erie Shore Conference Second Team and the Lorain County Second Team. She also participated in the District 3 and Lorain County All-Star matches.

College Honors: Named the Mid-Ohio Conference Setter of the Week once during the 1997 season.

MVNC Records: Set a new single-season MVNC record by serving 98.7 percent in 1997. Tied the school record for ace per game average in a match by averaging 2.50 aces in a match against Geneva (PA) College at the 1996 National Christian College Athletic Association East Region Tournament.

1997 Statistics: Led the Lady Cougars with a 98.7 serving percentage (the highest MVNC single-season serving percentage). Recorded 13 blocks, 15 kills, 46 aces, 335 digs, and 868 assists in 167 games. Ranked seventh in the MOC in assists per game (5.20).
