"LADY COUGARS LOSE IN NCCAA QUARTERFINALS"

For the MVNC women's volleyball team, the quest for the Lady Cougars' first-ever National Christian College Athletic Association national title will have to wait at least one more year.

For her performance in the tournament, Seiter was named to the All-National Tournament team. She was also selected to the NCCAA All-American team, becoming the eighth Lady Cougar to receive the honor.

In addition, Testa, a senior, was named to the NCCAA Academic All-American team for the second straight year. She has a 3.71 grade point average in her elementary education and specific learning disabilities majors.

The Lady Cougars will return to action on Tuesday night as they host Malone College in a Mid-Ohio Conference match. The match will be the final 1996 home match for MVNC.
