October 9-10, at National Christian College Athletic Association Tournament
The Cougars finished tied for fifth out of a record 25 teams at the NCCAA National Tournament held at River Greens Golf Course.  Indiana Wesleyan University won the national title for the second straight year with a 584, while Malone College was second at 592.  Bethel (IN) College and Cedarville University finished tied for third at 596, while MVNU and Dallas Baptist (TX) University shared fifth place as each school carded a 598.  Individually, Anthony Savage and Derek Clark both fired a 148 to lead the Cougars and finish tied for 13th.  Tyler Tinch shot a 151, while Preston Knight and Tim Hepner rounded out the scoring with a 152 and a 154.  Individual and Team Results


September 29-30, at Ohio Dominican University Invitational
MVNU finished tied for fourth out of seven teams at the Ohio Dominican Invitational held at Cumberland Trail Golf Course.  Cedarville University won the two-day event with a 616 to edge out the host Panthers (621) and Urbana University (622).  The Cougars and Shawnee State University both fired a 638.  Preston Knight led MVNU with a 151 to finish tied for second individually and earn a spot on the All-Tournament Team.  Anthony Savage shot a 158, while Tyler Tinch and Derek Clark carded a 165 and a 166 respectively.  Tim Hepner was forced to withdraw on the second day due to a wrist injury.  Meanwhile, Jared Schlabach registered a 163 as an at-large individual.  Individual and Team Results


September 15-16, at Malone College Invitational
The Cougars finished second out of nine teams at the Malone Invitational held at Tannenhauf Golf Club as MVNU set or equaled several team and individual school records.  Host Malone won the event with a six-under-par 570, while the Cougars shot a school-record 579 that included a school-record one-under-par 287 on the second day.  Tim Hepner earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team as he finished tied for second by matching the school record with  three-under-par 141.  Preston Knight and Tyler Tinch shot a 145 and a 148 respectively, while Derek Clark and Anthony Savage each finished with a 153.  Jared Schlabach also carded a 154 as an at-large individual.  Individual and Team Results


September 8-9, at Tiffin University Invitational
MVNU finished fifth out of 11 teams at the Tiffin Invitational held at Mohawk Golf Club.  Malone College won the two-day event with a one-over-par total of 577 to out-distance second-place Cedarville University (587) by 10 strokes.  The Cougars finished with a two-day total of 605 that included a round of 297 on the second day.  Individually, Derek Clark paced MVNU with a 148 to finish in a tie for 11th place.  Preston Knight and Tyler Tinch carded a 151 and a 152 respectively, and Tim Hepner fired a 154.  Anthony Savage rounded out the scoring with a 159, while Jared Schlabach also shot a 159 as an at-large individual.  Individual and Team Results
