April 27-28, at American Mideast Conference/NAIA Region IX Tournament
The Cougars finished sixth out of 14 teams at the American Mideast Conference/NAIA Region IX Tournament held at Apple Valley Golf Course.  Malone College, who is ranked 17th in the latest NAIA national poll, won the event with a three-round total of 885 to easily out-distance runner-up Ohio Dominican University (907), who also received votes in the poll.  MVNU shot a 935 to finish just three strokes off Shawnee State University and Walsh University, who tied for fourth at 932.  Individually, Derek Clark finished third overall with a 221 as he was named to the All-AMC Team.  Anthony Savage shot a 236, and Tim Hepner fired a 237.  Jeremy Schlabach carded a 246, and Jared Schlabach rounded out the scoring with a 253.   Individual and Team Results


April 21-22, at Malone College Invitational
MVNU posted its best scores of the season as the Cougars finished fourth out of nine teams at the Malone Invitational played at Tannenhauf Golf Course.  Host Malone, who is ranked 17th in the latest NAIA national poll, won the event with a tournament-record 577.  Tiffin University was second at 584, and Ohio Dominican University, who received votes in the NAIA poll, was third at 595.  MVNU also shot a 595, but finished fourth due to the fifth-man scores.  Individually, Derek Clark shot a one-under-par 143 to earn a spot on the All-Tournament Team.  Anthony Savage carded a 148, while Jared Schlabach shot a 152.  Jeremy Schlabach and Tim Hepner rounded out the scoring with a 154 and a 156 respectively, and Philip Beard recorded a 158 as an at-large player.   Individual and Team Results


April 17-18, at Cedarville University Invitational
The Cougars finished sixth out of nine teams at the Cedarville Invitational held at Beavercreek Golf Club and Country Club of the North.  Walsh University, who is receiving votes in the latest NAIA national poll, won the two-day event with a 617.  MVNU fired a team-total of 653 as Jeremy Schlabach led the way with a 159.  Anthony Savage and Derek Clark fired a 161 and a 164 respectively, and Jared Schlabach carded a 169.  Tim Hepner round out the scoring with a 173, while Philip Beard shot a 174 as an at-large player.  Individual and Team Results


April 14-15, MOUNT VERNON NAZARENE UNIVERSITY INVITATIONAL
MVNU finished sixth out of nine teams at the Cougars' own invitational held at Apple Valley Golf Course.  Malone College, which is ranked 17th in the latest NAIA national poll, won the two-day event with a 590, while Tiffin University was second at 595.  MVNU shot a team total of 612 as the Cougars were led by Derek Clark, who earned medalist honors with a three-under-par 141.  Tim Hepner finished with a 149, while Anthony Savage and Jared Schlabach shot a 160 and 162 respectively.  Philip Beard rounded out the scoring at 167, and Jeremy Schlabach carded a 158 as an at-large player.  Individual and Team Results


April 10-11, at Walsh University Invitational
The Cougars finished second out of five teams at the Walsh Invitational held at Prestwick and Raintree Country Clubs.  The host Cavaliers, who received votes in the latest NAIA poll, won the event with a 604, while MVNU finished second with a two-day total of 633.  Tim Hepner led the Cougars with a 156, while Derek Clark fired a 158.  Philip Beard shot a 162, and Jared Schlabach and Anthony Savage each finished with a 163.  Jeremy Schlabach also fired a 164 as an at-large player.  Individual and Team Results


April 7-8, at Urbana University Invitational
MVNU finished third out of six teams at the Urbana Invitational held at Woodlands Golf Club.  Walsh University, which received votes in the latest NAIA poll, won the two-day event with a 637, while host Urbana was second at 642.  The Cougars shot a team total of 651 led by Anthony Savage's 159.  Derek Clark fired a 161, and Tim Hepner and Jared Schlabach registered a 164 and 167 respectively.  Philip Beard rounded out the scoring with a 175, and Jeremy Schlabach posted a 179 as an at-large player.  Individual and Team Results


March 30-31, at Southeastern Kentucky Intercollegiate Invitational
The Cougars finished seventh out of 15 teams at the Southeastern Kentucky Intercollegiate Invitational held at Crooked Creek Golf Club.  17th-ranked Lindenwood (MO) University won the event at 610, while Lee (TN) University and the University of the Cumberlands (KY), who both received votes in the latest NAIA national poll, were tied for second at 614.  MVNU finished with a 623.  Individually, Anthony Savage led the Cougars with a 151, while Derek Clark shot a 152.  Tim Hepner carded a 160, and Jared Schlabach and Jeremy Schlabach each registered a 167.  Philip Beard rounded out the scoring with a 163 as an at-large player.  Individual and Team Results


March 16-17, at Glenville State (WV) College Invitational
MVNU finished third out of seven teams at the Glenville State Invitational held at Oxbow Golf and Country Club.  Ohio Valley (WV) University won the event at 604, while Bluefield (VA) College was second at 640.  The Cougars were a close third at 643.  Derek Clark led MVNU as he finished tied for fourth place individually at 154.  Anthony Savage was tied for sixth at 157, and Jeremy Schlabach and Tim Hepner shot a 165 and a 167 respectively.  Philip Beard rounded out the scoring at 177, and Jared Schlabach shot a 170 as an at-large player.  Clark and Savage were both named to the All-Tournament Team.  Individual and Team Results


October 10-11, at National Christian College Athletic Association National Tournament
The Cougars finished 12th out of 24 teams at the National Christian College Athletic Association National Tournament held at River Greens Golf Course.  Indiana Wesleyan University won the event with a 590 to beat out North Greenville (SC) College, Southeastern (FL) College, and Northland Baptist Bible (WI) College, who each fired a 600.  MVNU finished with a 623 in the two-day event.  Individually, Anthony Savage led the Cougars with a 150, while Derek Clark fired a 157.  Tim Hepner and Jeremy Schlabach each carded a 160, and Jared Schlabach rounded out the scoring at 167.  Philip Beard also recorded a 156 as an at-large player.  Individual and Team Results


September 30-October 1, at Ohio Dominican University Invitational
MVNU finished sixth out of seven teams at the Ohio Dominican Invitational held at Cumberland Trail Golf Club.  Malone College fired a 595 to easily outdistance runner-up Cedarville University (609), while the Cougars finished with a 651.  Derek Clark paced MVNU with a 155 to finished tied for tenth place overall, while Anthony Savage was tied for 16th with a 160.  Tim Hepner and Jared Schlabach fired a 163 and a 173 respectively, and Jeremy Schlabach rounded out the scoring at 176.  Philip Beard also registered a 175 as an at-large player.  Individual and Team Results


September 16-17, at Malone College Invitational
The Cougars finished sixth out of eight teams at the Malone Invitational held at Tannenhauf Golf Club.  Walsh University edged out host Malone 585 to 589 to win the tournament, while MVNU finished with a team total of 617.  Individually, Derek Clark and Anthony Savage led the Cougars as each fired a 153 to tie for 24th place overall.  Jeremy Schlabach and Jared Schlabach shot a 154 and 157 respectively, and Philip Beard finished with a 162.  Tim Hepner also carded a 154 as an at-large player.  Individual and Team Results


September 9-10, at Tiffin University Invitational
MVNU finished sixth out of 11 teams at the Tiffin Invitational held at Mohawk Golf Club.  Malone College edged out host Tiffin 588 to 592 to win the tournament, while the Cougars finished with a team total of 609.  Individually, Derek Clark paced MVNU with a two-day total of 150 to tie for 11th place overall.  Anthony Savage fired a 152, while Jared Schlabach and Jeremy Schlabach carded a 155 and 156 respectively.  Philip Beard posted a 157, and Tim Hepner rounded out the scoring at 159.  Individual and Team Results
