“I was pleased to see some growth in both our men’s and women’s teams,” said MVNU head coach Chip Wilson. “The running conditions were not favorable for anybody, but I thought we ran well and we were able to make some strides in our development this season. Our times did not reflect how hard we ran, but I am encouraged by the determination I saw in this race. We have a week off from racing which will allow us to rest our bodies and prepare for the All-Ohio race.”

Both MVNU teams will be back in action on Friday, October 5, when they compete in the All-Ohio Invitational hosted by Ohio Wesleyan University.
