	Cougar Sports Associates Next CSA Champions Banquet - October 10, 2009 - This year's banquet will honor the 1998-1999 men's basketball team on the tenth anniversary of them being the No. 1 team in the NAIA. The newest class of the Cougar Wall of Fame will also be inducted at this time which will include Todd Sands, Brad Hostasa, Ehren Hull, and Adam Stevens. Our Mission Statement: "Enabling and encouraging Mount Vernon Nazarene University student-athletes to succeed spiritually, academically, and athletically. Our Statement of Purpose: "Cougar Sports Associates (CSA) enables interested individuals to be personally involved in a support system for Mount Vernon Nazarene University intercollegiate athletics. Donations from our members supplement funding of special projects associated with the athletic programs and provide scholarship assistance to MVNU student-athletes. CSA is a direct extension of the University Advancement office." CSA is essential for the continued growth of our intercollegiate athletic programs. Why join CSA? It is your opportunity to support the mission of a Christian university athletic program. The Athletic Department is assisted with special projects that enhance the quality of our programs. You also have the satisfaction of helping support academically-gifted athletes who may not otherwise be able to attend MVNU. Anyone who contributes $30 or more annually to CSA. When can I join CSA? You can join right now! Membership covers the entire school year. CSA Contribution Levels and Membership benefits: Cougar Club: For your tax-deductible gift of $30, you will receive a membership card, an MVNU sports schedule, the CSA sports newsletter, and the opportunity to help elect former MVNU athletes and coaches to the Cougar Wall of Fame. If you have e-mail access, you can also receive the MVNU Sports Update, which is available only to CSA members. The Update provides information on all MVNU sports on an almost daily basis. Green Associate: For your tax-deductible gift of $100, you will receive all of the benefits of the Cougar Club, plus a season pass to every home MVNU athletic event excluding the Food for the Hungry Holiday Invitational. Blue Associate: For your tax-deductible gift of $200, you will receive all of the benefits of a Green Associate, plus a Cougar souvenir gift. Clock. Cougar Associate: For your tax-deductible gift of $500, you will receive all of the benefits of a Blue Associate, plus a shirt or sweater.
