Lori (Brown) Totten

year In softball, Lori not only made her mark at MVNU but also on a conference and national level. She is still the only female athlete in school history to have earned NAIA First Team All-American status, and she also was an NAIA Second Team All-American as a junior. She was a two-time Conference Player of the Year and a three-time District Player of the Year. She still holds 16 school records. Lori was also a standout on the MVNU women’s basketball team as she still ranks ninth on the all-time scoring list with 1,069 points and is second in career assists with 340. She also helped the Lady Cougars to their first NCCAA national title as a senior in 1993-1994.
