Submitting a Video Announcement for Chapel

With such a high demand for video announcements before chapel we want to ensure that all videos are seen and that we are able to help you in it in every way possible.Help us help you!

Videos must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
Videos should be submitted to Catie Hayes (catie.hayes@mvnu.edu) by 10:20AM the business day BEFORE the day of the chapel you want it played. So if you want it showed on Monday, please have the video to the Chaplain's Office by Friday at 10:20AM.

All videos must be less than 90 seconds in length.

All videos will be stamped "approved" or "not approved."
The Campus Ministries office holds the right to approve or deny any video based on length, and content and when it is submitted. You will receive an e‐mail if your video is not approved.

Please mark what date(s) you would like the video announcement to be played.

Technical guidelines:

All videos must be submitted in a file format or on Youtube.
Save your file as wmv or avi file and email it as an attachment to Catie Hayes, or email her the Youtube link. (Keep in mind long videos make bigger files; the computer will have trouble playing videos over 400MB.)
