Rev. Joe Noonen is Assistant to the Chaplain for Mission and Ministry Opportunities at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. He is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary, Kansas City.

Joe joined the MVNU staff in 1995. Prior to coming to MVNU he pastored churches in Toledo, Ohio and New York City and served as Youth Pastor at the Shawnee Church of the Nazarene in Shawnee, Kansas.

He is happily married to Raeschell and is the proud father of five wonderful children: Nathaniel, Lindsay, Whitney, Maradith and Shayna.
