SonFest

Is there a fee to get in?
Yes. General admission price is $15 per person in advance. Groups of 10 or more are $12 per person in advance. All tickets purchased at the gate will be $20 per person. Children ages 0-4 will be admitted free to SonFest.

Tickets are available to purchase, with an additional service fee, through www.iTickets.com or by calling 1-800-965-9324. All online sales must be complete by 2 p.m. on 9/12/08.

Tickets are also available on a walk-in basis only at two locations in Mount Vernon. No phone sales will be taken.

What is the parking fee?
Parking is FREE at SonFest!

Where can I pick up will call tickets?
i-Tickets will mail tickets up to ten days before the event, at which time sales become will call. This is necessary to avoid a possible delay in delivery through the mail. Will call tickets may be picked up on September 13 at the SonFest ticket gate located on Center Drive between the Hyson Campus Center and the Den. (Please use the following link to find a map of our campus http://www.mvnu.edu/tour/map.html) This will be the only ticket gate with will call tickets. Gates will open at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday, September 13.

Can I leave campus once I've arrived at SonFest?
Yes. When you arrive, you’ll be given a wristband. Wear this wristband all day to gain or re-gain access to SonFest at the entrance gates.

What if the weather is bad?
This is a rain-or-shine event. If a dangerous weather situation arrives, the event will be cancelled. Please call the MVNU Concert Line at (740) 397-9000, ext. 4451 the day of the event if the weather looks questionable.

Can anyone use the games and activities at SonFest?
Yes. However, you must submit a signed waiver before participating in these events. Waivers are available for download by clicking here.

IF YOU ARE UNDER 18, YOUR PARENTS MUST SIGN THE WAIVER. SO, IF YOUR PARENTS ARE NOT AT SONFEST, THEY MUST SIGN IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. YOUR YOUTH PASTOR OR SUPERVISOR CANNOT SIGN IT FOR THEM.

How much do the games cost?
They're FREE!

What if I get hurt at SonFest?
We will have a First Aid tent at the event.

What should I bring to SonFest?
You should bring anything you need to have fun and stay safe. Games, balls, flying discs, are allowed. Blankets, chairs, sunscreen, etc. are also encouraged.

What should I NOT bring to SonFest?
Weapons, cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, PETS, glass bottles, coolers, pop-up tents and anything that may land you in jail. SPECIAL NOTE: Rollerblades and skateboards will NOT be allowed at SonFest. There will NOT be a skate park this year.

What about food and drinks?
There will be a variety of foods available for purchase at SonFest. No coolers or outside food/drinks will be allowed on the premises. We appreciate your support of our vendors!
