Office location and hours

We are located in Galloway Hall. Our entrance is on the south side of the building facing Heritage Bookstore. Our hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 12 noon, 1:30 - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, and 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm. Our office extension is 4632.

When the office is closed, students may reach assistance by dialing campus extension 1811.

After hours

If you have a medical problem which cannot wait until our office is open , please contact a Medical Associate by using the following procedure:

Dial extension 1811 on a campus telephone and leave a message on voice mail stating your name, location, the extension where you can be contacted, and a brief summary of your medical problem or need. This message will activate the Medical Associate on call pager. Your call will be returned and assistance provided.
