At Meals We Offer:

At least five fresh fruits, cereal bar (15 varieties), hard dip ice cream and soft serve frozen yogurt (8 varieties), beverage bar (15 varieties), assorted canned fruits, puddings, pastries or desserts

Breakfast: (self serve)
scrambled eggs
poached, fried or boiled eggs
breakfast meat or hash browns
pancakes, waffles, or French toast
hot cereal
three fresh fruit juices
assorted breads, bagels and muffins with jellies and spreads
Belgian waffle bar with toppings
specialty item such as English Muffin Sandwiches, Breakfast Burritos, or Breakfast Pizza

Buffet bars we offer:

· self-serve baked potato bar · salad bar
· stir-fry station* · fresh sub bar
· self-serve vegetable bar · self-serve nacho bar

* These buffet bars alternate to provide students with a wide variety of options.

carved roasted meats, Monday through Thursday
Chicken Tender Night with grilled steak and other premium items
