MVNU instrumental ensembles to perform

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — The MVNU Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Chamber Winds, Jazz Band, and Flute Choir will present a spring concert on Tuesday, March 21, at 7:30 p.m., in the R.R. Hodges Chapel Auditorium. The concert will feature a variety of music including repertoire from the Symphonic Wind Ensemble's spring tour as well as instrumental and vocal arrangements of jazz, pop, and Broadway standards performed by the Jazz Band. The community is invited to this free event.
The Symphonic Wind Ensemble and Chamber Winds are directed by Dr. John Packard. The Jazz Band is directed by Mr. Jim Puckett. The Flute Choir is directed by Mrs. Jennifer Packard.
