MVNU Enrolls Highest Percentage of Nazarene Students since 2009

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio - Mount Vernon Nazarene University has enrolled the highest percentage of Nazarene students in its incoming freshman class since 2009. Out of 302 first-time freshman students beginning their MVNU education in the 2013-14 academic year, 42.1% are Nazarene. This is not only the highest percentage of enrolled Nazarene freshmen in four years, but also reflects an increase of 12.4% over last year's incoming freshmen class.

This academic year, Mount Vernon Nazarene University has a total enrollment of 2,229, including 1,232 traditional undergraduate students and 997 nontraditional students enrolled in the Graduate and Professional Studies program.
