MVNU invites alumni and community to participate in third annual 5k

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio -- Mount Vernon Nazarene University is inviting the Knox County community to join students, staff, faculty, alumni by participating in MVNU's annual Food for the Hungry 5K Run.
The run is an annual part of MVNU's Homecoming weekend, and the proceeds support Knox County's Food For The Hungry. The event, starting at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 10, will begin from the R.R. Hodges Chapel on the MVNU campus. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m.
The entry fee for students is $15 for alumni/community members and $10 for students; those who preregister before Nov. 10 will be guaranteed a free t-shirt. Walk-in registration will be $20 (cash or check only), and t-shirts will not be guaranteed.
