Senior Graphic Design Portfolio on Display at Schnormeier Gallery
April 26, 2013
MOUNT VERNON, OH - MVNU's Schnormeier Gallery in the Buchwald Center is pleased to present the artwork of graduating graphic design majors on April 26.
MVNU's Senior Graphic Design Portfolio Exhibition will highlight the professional portfolios of eleven graduating graphic design majors. Their works will be on display from April 22 to April 26, with a reception of April 26 from 6-9 p.m. This event is free and open to the public. We invite you to come celebrate with us their achievements and to take part in their creative experience. The class of 2013 graphic design artists being honored are: Laurel Rings, Kayla Oswalt, Sabrina Bennett, Josey Finley, Zach Zeltman, Josh Falk, Katie Troyer, Sara Christensen, Heather Davidson, Jessica Shafer, and Tiffiny Seemann.
This year's theme is "Frame of Reference." Each artist has a unique point of view that they bring to their artwork. The way in which they see the world is markedly different for each artist, and their work demonstrates that. This exhibition will be a collection of works that focus on this theme. Every piece of art will exemplify the frame through which the artist sees the world and the place from which that frame comes.
