MVNU celebrates culture with Festival Latino

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio --Mount Vernon Nazarene University will hold their fall "Festival Latino" on September 27, in the Prince Student Union between 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Sponsored by the Office of Intercultural Life and the Modern Languages Department, this event is free and open to the public.
This opportunity to experience another culture will include live music, childrens' activities, authentic Hispanic food, games, and information booths. Also included is a presentation from MVNU Professor of Spanish Dr. Barbara Martinez, MVNU Professor of Spanish will be the featured speaker; she will be joined by the Yada Shalom Dance Ministry from Fountain of Salvation Christian Church, Inc., in Cleveland, Ohio. Please join us for an exciting and fun celebration of diversity and Latin culture.
