This year’s Homecoming focuses on uniting the old and the new, the past and the present, in celebration of where the institution has been and where it’s heading in the future. MVNU will award honorary alumni status to a special individual in Friday’s Homecoming chapel service and several alumni will be featured guests throughout the weekend’s events.

A variety of activities will fill this special time on campus. Some of these include the Homecoming queen’s pageant and reception on Thursday; Homecoming chapel service, WNZR broadcast marathon celebrating 21 years, Cougar and Lady Cougar basketball games and The Gathering for alumni and friends on Friday; alumni and affinity reunions, Cougar Cub Care for kids, ArtAlum exhibit and silent auction, fall play “You Can’t Take It With You,” a music department/ concert featuring alumni, and an evening banquet on Saturday.
