The Institutional Effectiveness Office, reporting to and operating under the Vice President for Academic Affairs, serves the University through performing activities related to assessment, planning, reporting and testing. The primary goal is to enhance the quality of MVNU programs, services, operations and processes. The Test Center is located on the third floor of the Thorne Library and Learning Resource Center. This center serves to provide students with a quiet, classroom-like testing environment, distance learning, or make-up examinations, which can be administered securely according to instructor's guidelines.
