Session 1: Personal Growth
       (Cohort 1: Sept. 8-9 & Nov. 6, 2008. Cohort 2: March 5-6 & May 4, 2009)

• This session is with a life coach who will provide instruction in developing a personal growth plan. The plan will include spiritual, emotional, and physical development. It will focus both on the private and public roles of the participants. Various personality test and spiritual gifts test will be utilized.
  

Session 2: Understanding the Culture of your Church and Community
       (Cohort 1: Dec. 2-3, 2008 & Feb. 9, 2009. Cohort 2: June 1-2 & Aug. 4, 2009)

• This session would lead the participants through a process that helps them understand the culture of the church as well as the culture of their community. The goal is to discover possible connection points between the two. Demographic studies of the community and congregation are utilized.
  

Session 3: The Mission of Your Church
       (Cohort 1: March 9-10 & May 8, 2009. Cohort 2: Aug. 31-Sept. 1 & Oct. 29, 2009)

• This session builds on the previous two sessions. Combining personal gifts with the culture of their church and community the participants will be lead through the process of preparing mission and vision statements for their church.
  

Session 4: Strategic Missional Planning
       (Cohort 1: June 4-5 & Aug. 11, 2009. Cohort 2: Dec. 1-2, 2009, Feb. 8, 2010)

• This session will help the participants develop a plan to accomplish their mission and vision. The focus will be on specific skills that can be applied to any specific project or ministry. It will include plans for evaluation and celebration.
