Cohort Based: Sessions will be limited to 18 participants, which will be divided into smaller accountability groups.

Multiple Days: This is a three day format with day 1 for instruction, day 2 for implementation planning, and day 3 is reporting and accountability. (Day 1 and 2 are back-to-back, day 3 is two months later.)

Timeframe: There are eight sessions over two years. Sessions one to four are sequential and required. Sessions five to eight are electives.

                       Cohort 2: March 2009

Recognition: Those who complete the program will be granted “Fellowship Status” and will be presented with a certificate at their district assembly.
