Bud Bennett | Scott Couchenour | Mike Williams
Bud Bennett
Bud Bennett leads the Church Health
Services area of The McKnight Group.
He focuses on assisting churches in
becoming healthy, dynamic
congregations that make an impact
for Christ in their communities. Bud
serves as a consultant and coach to
pastors and lay leaders, in
cooperation with Natural Church
Development, New Church
Specialties, and Peacemakers
International. He has served in
numerous positions of church
leadership, including as the Mission
Strategy Team leader for the Central
Ohio District Church of the
Nazarene, and previously served on
the board at Grove City Church of
the Nazarene.
Prior to this call, he held numerous
leadership positions at Kraft Foods
and American Electric Power. Bud has
extensive experience in labor
relations, leadership development,
strategic planning and change
management. He has over 35 years
experience as a teacher,
facilitator, seminar leader, and
speaker.
He is a graduate of Capital
University.
He and his wife, Lynnetta, live in
Grove City, Ohio. They have three
adult children, Bob, Yvonne, and
Kay, and seven grandsons.
Scott Couchenour
Scott
A. Couchenour is a certified life
coach. He founded Serving Strong, a
benefit to those in ministry through
resourcing, educating, and coaching
for life balance and self care. He
has over 20 years experience
personally serving in ministry as a
full time staff member,
bi-vocational staff member, and a
volunteer.
Scott is a 1987 graduate from
Youngstown State University with a
degree in Sociology. He also has over 19
years experience in business as Vice President
of Operations with Cogun, Inc., a
company that partners with churches
to develop the right ministry
space. He is a member of the
Christian Coaches Network and the
American Association of Christian
Counselors.
Scott and his wife, Jennifer, live
in Salem, Ohio. They have two
children: Anna and Samuel.
Mike Williams
Mike
Williams is a 1977 graduate of MVNU
and an elder in the Church of the
Nazarene. He has served as a pastor
of both rural and urban churches in
Florida, Ohio and Illinois, and his
experience includes church planting
and leadership in multiple staff
settings. With a range of experience
at the district church level and in
his communities.
Mike has most recently served as a
full-time Church Health consultant
where he assisted local pastors with
seminars, conferences and
specialized training. He also worked
with Outreach, Inc. of San Diego,
Calif., to provide training and was
a certified trainer with Achieve
Global which provides leadership
development for Honda of America
suppliers.
Mike and his wife, Kenna, reside in
Mount Vernon, Ohio. They have two
children: Ben and Angela.
