9 Secrets to Building a Contagious Church/Staff Volunteer Culture

Building a contagious culture is hard work, especially in a multi-generational church with staff and/or volunteers. A healthy staff/volunteer culture is crucial to retaining high capacity team members and leading your church to reach its greatest potential. In this session, you will learn what the best churches across the country are doing to align vision, develop leaders, build chemistry among all generations, and build a culture where staff and volunteers are lining up to get on board.

Special attention will be given to the bookend generations of the Millennials and Baby Boomers.
