To submit information for printed and/or electronic media, please fill out this form and submit it AT LEAST SIX WEEKS BEFORE the intended date of publication. It is ideal to send out releases THREE WEEKS BEFORE the event. This gives the Communications Office time to coordinate the writing, editing, and approval process for the release on our busy calendar.
