NUR4324 Clinical Nurse Leadership [4].

A capstone, senior year experience emphasizing essential leadership skills of baccalaureate prepared nurses. This course integrates knowledge from the liberal arts and nursing sciences to study complex medical surgical health problems of older adults.

Prerequisites: NUR3343 and enrollment in the degree completion nursing program. This course must be taken the final semester of the program.
