NUR4098 Clinical Nurse Leadership Class and Seminar [8].

A capstone experience emphasizing essential leadership skills of baccalaureate prepared nurses. The course integrates knowledge from the liberal arts and nursing science to study complex medical and surgical problems of older adults. Students manage groups of clients in a variety of health care settings.

Prerequisites: a cumulative grade point average of 2.50 or higher and a grade of C or better in NUR3033, NUR3074 and NUR3053 and senior classification. NOTE: This course must be taken the final semester of the program.
