Transcripts are issued only upon written request by the student. Official transcripts cannot be released until financial obligations to the University are met. Signed written requests for transcripts must be submitted to the University Registrar's Office.

If you do not use the above forms, then written requests must include the following: student's full name, MVNU ID# or SSN, the years you attended MVNC/MVNU, and whether you are requesting the transcript to include courses from undergraduate, graduate, or both.
There is no charge for transcripts. However, there is a limit of three transcripts per written request. The University Registrar's Office has the right to limit transcript requests per student. A fee of $20 applies to any express mail delivery request. Mail or fax the signed written request to:
