Were you an ed major? Perhaps you were inspired by Miss Marilyn's love of children's books and reading?


MVNU is honoring Marilyn Greer's decades of service, both past and future, by creating the Marilyn Greer Children's Literature Collection. It will be held in a newly created space in the lower-level of Thorne Library and will be open for students, faculty, staff, and community friends to enjoy. It will feature comfortable seating, a fireplace, and more than 1,000 children's books!

Ways you can participate:

Visit Cougar Corner Bookstore online and view the list of books you may purchase to honor Miss Marilyn.

Send a donation to the committee to purchase books for the collection. Make checks payable to MVNU (mark "Greer Collection" on the memo line) and mail to"
