All MVNU Teacher Education programs lead to licensure in the state of Ohio . There are two Vocational majors from which to choose: B.A. in Family and Consumer Science Education and a B.A. in Integrated Business Education. Both of these majors leads to a teaching license for grades 4-12.
Upon completion of one of these vocational education majors, candidates apply for a two-year entry level license (Provisional). A Professional Teaching License is granted by the state of Ohio following successful completion of the Praxis III performance exam during the first or second year of teaching.
